Helping you make a confident decision.
Inspections 28 is Houston’s trusted home inspection company.
We offer certified professional home inspections and pool and spa inspections for Houston, Katy, Spring, Humble, Tomball, Richmond, Sugarland, Conroe, Fulshear, and surrounding cities in the Houston Metro Area.
A general residential home inspection is a visual non-invasive inspection that conforms to the Standard of Practice as outlined by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and also satisfies the Standards of Practice set forth by InterNACHI.
Upon completion of the inspection using our multi-point checklist we will accompany you through a summarizing walkthrough of the home you are interested in buying or selling.
We’ll inspect your pool thoroughly–from filters and pumps to plumbing and heaters–to identify any issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
Howdy and welcome to Inspections 28! Thank you for selecting us to inspect your home. Buying and selling a home can have an impact on many parties and it is an honor and responsibility we do not take lightly. Inspections 28 namesake is due to Texas being the 28th state in the United States.
I am a Texas native, born and raised in Katy just a bit west of Houston. I am a father, husband and outdoorsman. My first career was in the hospitality industry, of which I spent twenty-five years primarily in restaurant management. My family was and is my catalyst. With home inspections I have been on both sides of the coin as a client and the inspector. I understand what an exciting, suspenseful and nerve-racking experience the inspection process can be. Thus, I hope to utilize my skillset in assisting other families with their home experience and look forward to working together in the future.

Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout our experiences, we have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
